Dated 1885 with initials F.W. Maker unknown. This crazy quilt is a quilt top because the red silk backing has deteriorated badly.  The embroidery stitches are lovely and the fabrics gorgeous. It needs to be saved and I hope it finds a good home. Size: 62"L x 62"W.
